Liz Nielsen's Caramel Dip

16 individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1/4 C water
1/2 C brown sugar

In a medium saucepan melt the caramels with the water until creamy. Stir frequently. In a medium bowl mix together the cream cheese and brown sugar. Add the caramel mixture and stir until blended. Serve immediately.

This is really delicious.
