Salad:
Use 1 small bag of spinach and 1 small bag of romaine lettuce
Desired amount of chopped red onion
1/4 cup or so of Manadarin Oranges
1/2 cup or so of Craisins
1/2 cup of crumbled Feta Cheese
Dressing:
Mix and let sit overnight
1/4 cup of Olive Oil
2 T Sugar
1/4 cup of Rice Wine Vinegar
1 T Dried Parsley
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Glazed Pecans or Walnuts:
1/2 cup of Chopped Pecans (or Walnuts)
3 T Sugar
Put in a skillet over medium heat and continue stirring
until the sugar coats the nuts with a syrup like coating
(careful not to burn them)
